Previously within the Office (U. S.) Season 8 Occurrence 19 "Get The Girl", Andy makes a life altering decision and drives across the country to get Erin. Meanwhile, Nellie shows up with Scranton and tries in order to claim the manager placement.

Regional manager Michael thinks hes the coolest, funniest, best boss ever : which, of course, makes him the uncoolest, most obnoxious and annoying boss in terms of his staff is anxious. His co-worker Jim lusts after engaged receptionist Pam any time hes not sabotaging his or her cube-mate, the know-it-all Dwight.
Ryan Howard is a little daughter, smart, self-possessed temp, who quickly figures out the true office politics despite Michaels attempts to instill the official point-of-view.

The Office is a good American comedy television sequence broadcast by NBC. An adaptation of the initial BBC series of the identical name, it depicts the everyday lives of office employees in the Scranton, Pennsylvania, branch of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Firm. To simulate the look of actual documentary, it is filmed within a single-camera setup, without a studio audience or perhaps a laugh track.
