There are no samples of those diets however, because it is not possible, to shorten such diets to samples, as they already are tremendously short.
This kind of diet is only available as a closed plan, that has to be followed exactly to achieve weight. You can however lose up to one pound a day with such diets and best about them is, that the increased metabolism will prevent weight from coming back for quite a while after the diet is finished.
For those who want to change their dietary habits completely a long term diet is definitely recommended. You will have to find out which diet is the best for you, by testing. As mentioned above there are free samples of those diets available but in the end you have to be prepared to pay for one.
If you just want to lose weight as fast as possible, you should look out for short weight loss plans, that enable you to lose weight fast in just a couple of weeks. Those weight loss diets are often available for free. You will however have to think about what you do, after you lost the weight, because your metabolism won t stay increased forever, if you don t do something about it.
